I was introduced to the philosophy and techniques of Joseph Pilates in 2007. In just a few weeks I was able to see and feel the difference in my body and spirit.
Through my Pilates practice, I was able to engage my mind and body through a sequence of low impact yet challenging movements that safely strengthened, toned and elongated my body. Pilates made me feel stronger, leaner, more balanced and more connected.
After personally experiencing and seeing the positive impact of Pilates in myself and others over the years, I decided to further my knowledge in the practice and become a certified Pilates instructor.
My goal is to inspire and safely guide others in their Pilates practice so that they too, can experience the life enhancing benefits of a stronger, more flexible and more connected self.
It has been an incredible experience to witness my students grow stronger, centered, more confident and passionate about Pilates.
