FUN-DAMENTALS - Beginner
Whether you are new to Pilates or just wanting a better understanding of the basics, this class is for you. This class is all about providing you with the foundation for an effective Pilates workout. We’ll teach you the how to deeply engage your core and use the equipment safely. Learn what makes Pilates unique from other forms of exercise and modify exercises.

ALL LEVEL GROUP REFORMER
Our group reformer classes are 50 minutes long and will provide you the most effective full body circuit training based Pilates workout. The classes are taught on Stott reformers and the spring board will be used occasionally during these sessions. If you are new to Pilates reformer we require you to take at least one private session or a beginner group class.

CARDIO-OLOGY - Intermediate/Advanced
Our 1/2 cardio "tramp" 1/2 group reformer classes are 50 minutes long and will provide you the most effective full body circuit training based Pilates workout using the cardio tramp for 15-20 minutes throughout the class. Springboards may be included in these classes. Jump yourself to a slimmer you!

CARDIO-BOOTY - Intermediate/Advanced
Would you love a core based cardio class that specifically targets your butt and abs? Then this class is for you! This will be an interval-based class using the cardio-tamp and barre based exercises. Come with a towel as you will need it!

SPRING-BOARD Intermediate/Advanced
Take your Pilates practice to another level and work your core like never before! The Spring Board was developed as a space saving alternative to the Tower/Cadillac apparatus. Working out on the Spring Board provides you with an energizing full-body workout by challenging balance, coordination, pelvic and upper body stability all at once.

CORE-STRETCH- Intermediate/Advanced 
This is an intermediate class focusing on both core strengthening and release work. Props and rollers will be incorporated to help roll out tension, actively stretch the body and challenge the core connection. This class can be either a mat based or reformer based class.
